2. Orders
Custom Orders: Customization requests, including specific designs, dimensions, or finishes, must be finalized and confirmed in writing. Changes after confirmation may incur additional charges.
Order Confirmation: Orders are confirmed only upon receipt of payment or as agreed upon in the contract.
Cancellations: Cancellations are not permitted once the production process begins for custom orders. For non-custom orders, cancellations must be made within 24 hours of order placement.
3. Shipping and Delivery
Shipping Timeline: Delivery timelines will be communicated during order confirmation. While we strive to meet estimated delivery dates, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances.
Shipping Costs: Shipping fees are calculated based on order size, weight, destination, and chosen delivery method. Costs will be included in the final invoice.
Damages During Transit: SGN Group is not responsible for damages caused during transit by third-party couriers. However, we will assist with claims if insurance is purchased.
International Shipping: For international orders, the client is responsible for customs duties, taxes, and compliance with local regulations..

4. Media Usage (Pictures and Videos)
Our team of skilled professionals possess unmatched expertise in their respective fields, ensuring that you receive the highest level.
Client Submissions: By sharing pictures or videos of completed projects featuring SGN Group products, you grant us permission to use these media for marketing purposes unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing.
SGN Media: Media used by SGN Group includes both original content created by SGN Group and reproduced content that is not claimed as SGN Group’s own. Any SGN Group-owned media, including product images or promotional materials, remain the intellectual property of SGN Group and may not be used without prior written consent.
Accuracy: SGN Group will provide images and videos of products prior to delivery. While we strive to provide accurate representations of products, variations in color, texture, and finish may occur due to natural materials.
5. Taxes and Duties
Local Taxes: All prices quoted are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Clients are responsible for paying all local taxes, VAT, GST, or other applicable levies.
Customs and Import Duties: For international orders, customs duties and import taxes are the client’s responsibility. SGN Group will not be held liable for delays caused by customs clearance.

Custom Orders: Custom-made products are non-refundable and non-returnable.
Non-Custom Orders: Products are non-refundable. SGN Group will provide images and videos of the product before delivery to ensure customer satisfaction.
Defective Products: Claims for defective or damaged products must be made within 48 hours of delivery. Evidence (e.g., photos) will be required for assessment.
9. Liability
Material Variations: Natural variations in marble and stone, such as color, veining, and texture, are inherent characteristics and are not considered defects.
